Where Scouting comes alive for youth in grades K thru 5.

Welcome to Pack 22 !

Pack 22, chartered to St. Thomas the Apostle Church in Bloomfield, NJ, is where Cub Scouts and parents come together to learn and have fun!  The Family is the center of Cub Scouting.

Pack 22 serves youth and their families in the northern portion of Bloomfield and from surrounding towns.  We are in the Lenape Trail District of the Northern New Jersey Council, Boy Scouts of America.

Together, our boys, girls, older siblings, parents, and leaders maintain a fun, safe environment that teaches our Scouts the values and morals they need to become outstanding citizens in our community.

If you're a parent or guardian in Pack 22 and would like an account, please contact your den leader for more information.

If you you are interested in joining our pack, or just want to learn more about Pack 22, Send us an email and we will connect you up with the age appropriate den for your child to jump right in and begin (or continue) their scouting adventure.

       Thank you!

In addition to the above Pack events, Pack 22 Scouts participate in other trips within their Dens.  Each Den ideally consists of 6-12 Scouts of the same grade. Lions, being Kindergarteners, are the youngest.  First graders are Tiger scouts, second graders are Wolves, third graders are Bears, and fourth and fifth graders are Webelos/Arrow of Light.  With their fellow Scouts, each den works on Adventures towards earning their next rank badge in Scouting.  Many of our Pack & Den activities are not only fun, but educational as well, helping the Scouts to learn and fulfill requirements towards their adventure loops and rank badges.
